We spent almost a year working with Alan trying to find the right home for our family (complicated by selling our San Antonio home). His expertise is not only in location but he also has insight into the quality of home materials and how all of it correlates with asking price.
Alan knows his market and knows how to help you negotiate offers, he will honestly advise you on what would be the best move. He also respected our budget. Our closing was complicated, and Alan was beside us the entire time. He was always available, even when on vacation, which I tried to avoid, but even during those times I would get a quick email response or phone call. Since the market is so hot here right now time is essential.
Alan was great when one day we said we wanted to see a just listed home that afternoon, he rearranged his schedule to show it to us within a couple of hours and we had an offer in the next day.
