We met Alan at an open house last year and keeping his card was the best decision we made.
We worked with him to find our house for about 5 months putting in several offers in a very competitive market. He quickly learned what our needs were and catered to them by customizing our search with mailers, off-market deals and even personal letters to property owners.
We never felt pressured to make a move that wasn’t right for us; the whole process just seemed to happen organically.
We are new to Texas and Alan taught us absolutely everything about the market, the different neighborhood histories, and most importantly, how to put together a competitive offer. We learned from him on every single conversation. It’s honestly the only negative of buying a house – we don’t get to work with him anymore!
I know Alan was very busy but it never felt like we weren’t the priority. He was available for every text, call, showing request and late-night offer.
Beyond that he knows EVERYONE. In fact, the reason we were able to put together the offer which ultimately won us our dream house was due to Alan’s extensive network.
