Alan listed our home in early February after being on the market with another agent for 90 days.
He presented us his Strategic Listing Plan and advised us on pricing strategy, market conditions, and how to prepare our home to go back on the market.
As part of this, he recommended that we do a pre-listing inspection since the potential buyers would have one done. We then made the repairs and suggested improvements which could have been requested by a buyer. This made the contract process go more smoothly instead of a receiving a surprise that could have had us scrambling to get the house ready for closing.
While we were getting the pre-listing items done, Alan posted our house on his social media network which lead to an offer and contract on our home.
